🚀 New Features​

  • New Board View Launched

    A new Board View has been launched to improve the overall user experience and reduce friction when managing strategic action items.

    The Board View provides two grouping options:

    1. Group by None
      Organization entities can view their initiatives in a simplified board layout without additional grouping.
    2. Group by Strategic Plan Hierarchy
      Initiatives can be organized based on the strategic plan hierarchy, such as Goals and Strategies, allowing users to better understand how each initiative aligns with the broader plan.

    The new view also displays the organization entity on the outside of the board, making it easier to navigate across the organization structure. Strategic action item cards have been redesigned to provide a quick snapshot of the initiative and its key elements.

    Additionally, selected board elements are now retained on page refresh, preventing users from losing their current selection while navigating or reloading the page.

✨ Enhancements​

  • WCAG 2.2 AA Compliance - VisionSync has been updated to support WCAG 2.2 AA compatibility, improving accessibility and usability across the platform.
  • Invitation Resend Token Update - When an invitation is resent, VisionSync now generates and sends a new invitation token since the previous token may have expired.
  • File Upload Tab Message Update - The message on the File Upload tab has been updated to better communicate supported file types.
  • Completed Task Display - When a task is completed, it is now visually crossed off from the task list, making it easier for users to identify completed work.
  • Optimized Organization Entity Search - The organization entity search inside the organization entity modal has been optimized for improved performance when copying or moving an initiative.
  • Board View Review Period Selection Enhancement - When a review period is selected on the Board View, the strategic plan hierarchy now loads into the plan selector screen while creating a new initiative. This improves consistency and ensures the initiative creation process aligns with the selected review period.
