AI-Generated Actionable Item Digest - Introduced an AI-generated digest summary for Actionable Items that provides users with a quick, newsletter-style snapshot of the initiative in a clear and scannable format. The digest summarizes the Actionable Item’s current status, time period, key activities, progress updates, impact, strategic relevance, and lead information when available. It is designed to help leaders, contributors, and stakeholders quickly understand what is happening, where the work stands, what outcomes or activities have been reported, and why the work matters in relation to the organization’s broader strategic goals. This reduces the need to manually review multiple updates, comments, metrics, and progress entries to get a high-level understanding of an Actionable Item. The digest creates a more executive-ready summary experience by turning detailed initiative information into a concise, meaningful narrative that can support faster review, better communication, and improved strategic visibility.

Organization Entity Unassignment Logic - Updated the validation logic for unassigning an Organization Entity from a strategic plan. VisionSync now allows an Organization Entity to be unassigned even when Plan Versions are associated, as long as there are no Actionable Items linked to the Organization Entity and no Entity Specific Plan Versions created by that Organization Entity or any of its child Organization Entities. This provides more flexibility while still protecting the integrity of entity-specific planning data.
Organization Entity Unassignment Safeguards - Added safeguards to prevent an Organization Entity from being unassigned when active planning data still depends on it. Unassignment is prevented if linked Actionable Items exist or if Entity Specific Plan Versions exist for the selected Organization Entity or any of its child Organization Entities.
Strategic Plan Hierarchy Step Update - During Actionable Item creation, the strategic plan hierarchy panel on the left side is now hidden while users are selecting the strategic plan hierarchy step.
