🚀 New Features​

  • PulseIQ – Beta Launch - Introducing PulseIQ, VisionSync’s AI-powered strategy intelligence assistant, now available in beta. PulseIQ works directly with your organization’s VisionSync data to help users explore strategic information, analyze performance, uncover insights, visualize data, and generate reports.

    PulseIQ can help users:

    • Ask Questions & Get Answers - Query strategic plans, Actionable Items, metrics, progress data, review periods, and other planning information. Users can also find specific records, counts, and filtered information across their organization.
    • Visualize Data - Generate charts and graphs to visualize performance trends, progress, completion rates, KPIs, and other strategic information.
    • Uncover Insights - Analyze why Actionable Items may be behind schedule or at risk, identify patterns in strategic planning data, generate strategic recommendations, and draft updates, messages, and focused analytical reports.
    • Generate Reports - Create executive summaries, board reports, strategic intelligence documents, and analyses such as SWOT and PESTEL.
    • Access External Knowledge - Retrieve relevant industry benchmarks, market information, and best practices, and combine external intelligence with internal VisionSync data for additional context.

    PulseIQ brings these capabilities directly into VisionSync using your organization’s real-time data across strategic plans, Actionable Items, metrics, Organization Entities, and Review Periods.

    PulseIQ is currently available in beta and will continue to be expanded and refined based on usage and feedback.

  • AI Digest PDF Download - Added the ability to download the AI-generated Actionable Item Digest as a PDF. This makes it easier to save, share, and review digest information outside VisionSync.
  • AI Digest Feedback - Added feedback capabilities for AI-generated Actionable Item Digests. Users can provide positive or negative feedback, and when selecting dislike, they can choose a reason and provide additional comments. This feedback will help improve the quality and usefulness of AI-generated content.
  • Disable Organization - Added the capability to disable an organization. When an organization is disabled, users associated with the organization can no longer log in and VisionSync emails to users within that organization are disabled.
  • Bulk Actionable Item Move - Added a capability to support moving bulk Actionable Items from one strategic plan hierarchy or Organization Entity to another.

✨ Enhancements​

  • Actionable Item Organization Entity Selection - When creating an Actionable Item, users can now select the Organization Entity where the item belongs, regardless of the Organization Entity currently selected in Board View. The selected Organization Entity can also be changed during creation.
  • Actionable Item Plan Hierarchy Selection - When creating an Actionable Item, users can now select or change the Strategic Plan Hierarchy where the Actionable Item belongs. This allows users to associate the item with the appropriate Goal, Strategy, or other configured hierarchy level without being restricted by the current Board View selection.
  • Organization and Strategic Plan Hierarchy Display in Board View - When viewing Actionable Items with Group By → None, VisionSync now displays the selected Organization Entity along with its associated Plan Hierarchy directly on the Actionable Item, providing additional context without requiring users to open the item.
  • Strategic Plan Elements Selector Pre-Population - When users select Group By → Goal & Strategy (Strategic Plan Hierarchy) and choose hierarchy values such as Goal or Strategy, those values are now automatically pre-populated when adding an Initiative.
  • Board View - Organization Hierarchy Actionable Item Counts - Updated the Organization Hierarchy in Board View so Actionable Item counts are displayed only when the count is greater than zero. This makes it easier to identify Organization Entities that have associated Actionable Items.
  • Board View - Organization Hierarchy Search Enhancement - Updated Organization Hierarchy search so the tree automatically expands through all parent levels to display the matching Organization Entity.
  • Dashboard Empty Label Widget Update - Dashboard Label widgets are now automatically hidden when no data is available, preventing empty widgets from taking up unnecessary space.
  • Dashboard Heatmap Delta Display Update - When the dashboard Heatmap delta value is 0, it is now displayed as Not Applicable with a gray indicator instead of On Target. Existing behavior for a NULL delta value remains unchanged.
  • Actionable Item Access Update - When a user is not part of an Actionable Item, restricted areas including Tasks, Comments, and File Uploads now display a No Access illustration instead of controls the user cannot access.
  • Report Progress Display Update - Reports now display a blank value when no progress has been entered. Previously, missing progress values were displayed as 0, which could incorrectly indicate that zero progress had been reported.
  • Responsive Email Templates - Updated VisionSync email templates to improve display and usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile device sizes.
