✨ Enhancements

1. Protected Contribution Levels
   Contribution levels in use by actionable items (Initiatives) cannot be deleted from the Strategic Framework settings until associations are removed.
2. Improved Progress Update Experience
   Removed the popup for adjusting metric contribution levels after each progress update to streamline the user experience.
3. Dynamic Hint Text Labels
   Default hint texts on the Strategic Framework screen now support dynamic label names (e.g., {Initiative}, {Metric}) for clarity.
4. Visual Plan & Org Structure Context
   Users can now view both organization and plan structure during actionable item creation/edit, providing clearer context for item placement.
5. Actionable Item Count in Org Tree
   The organizational structure window now displays the count of actionable items associated with each entity.
