Enhancements
- Strategic Plan Improvements
- Drafting Update: The draft toggle has been removed, making all hierarchy elements (Goals, Strategies, etc.) always published. Drafting will now be managed through a new dedicated feature for building a strategic plan in the next few releases.
- Future Review Period Visibility: Future review periods are no longer visible. Only the current and past review periods are accessible in a strategic plan.
- Table View Enhancements:
- Visual Indicators for Hierarchy Elements (Goal, Strategy, etc): The table view now displays badges for retired, private, and entity-specific elements, making it easier to identify their status at a glance.
- Real-Time Updates: Changes to strategic action items, whether adding or updating, are now reflected instantly in the table view, eliminating the need for manual refreshes.
- Persistent Tab Selections: When navigating between different strategic plan elements, the selected tab remains active even when switching review periods, providing a more seamless user experience.
- Dashboard Updates:
- New Empty State: A guided prompt has been introduced to assist users in setting up their organization, framework, and strategic plan, ensuring a smoother onboarding experience.
- Enhanced Unique User Stats: The design of unique user statistics has been improved to provide better clarity and usability.
- "My Workspace" Introduction
- Renaming of Strategic Action Items: The section is now called “My Workspace”, where users can:
- View and manage assigned, pending, declined, and preferred strategic action items.
- Track watchlists and respond to invitations.
