New Features​

  • Auto-Select Next Due Progress Period: Progress period is now automatically selected based on the next due period, making progress updates more efficient.
  • Strategic Plan Locking: Introduced a strategic plan locking feature. When a plan is locked, CTA visibilities are dynamically adjusted based on role permissions and business rules.
  • Strategic Plan Draft and Publish Status: Plans now support a draft/published status, giving teams greater control over planning workflows and visibility

Enhancements

  • Improved UX for Comments and Tasks: When loading screens with comment or task inputs, the cursor now auto-focuses to encourage immediate interaction.
  • Enter Key Behavior in Label Groups: Fixed interaction to prevent the creation of empty sub-levels when hitting enter while adding label groups.
  • Report Enhancements
    • Actionable item start and end dates are now separated for clarity.
    • Hierarchy sequence is added in report exports to try to create a structural order
  • Strategic Plan Dropdown Visibility: The “Select Strategic Plan” dropdown now correctly displays the full list of available plans on the dashboard, reports, and workspace.
  • Hierarchy Add Button Visibility: “Add child hierarchy element” button is now hidden if no parent elements exist in the strategic plan, preventing orphaned entries.
  • Comment Count Accuracy: Fixed an issue where actionable item comment counts were not updating correctly after add/remove actions.
  • Progress Dropdown Sync on Actionable Item Date Change: Progress tracking period dropdown now updates immediately when actionable item dates are changed — no refresh needed.
  • Hierarchy Deletion UI Sync: Deletions made to strategic plan hierarchy elements now immediately reflect in Hierarchy, Board, and Table views without needing a page reload.
  • Copy Actionable Item End Date Validation: When copying an actionable item to a future review period, the end date is now automatically adjusted to the end date of the strategic plan if it exceeds the end of the strategic plan.

  • Various bug fixes, UI, and overall performance improvements have been implemented for a smoother user experience.
