This allows users to see all the actionable items (Initiatives) that they are part of on one page under "My List". This is a default list arranged per strategic plan per organization entity.
Users can also create a custom watchlist and save the actionable item (Initiatives) to that list. They will be able to see those items quickly by navigating to the "Watchlist" menu and changing the dropdown.
Users can create, edit or remove any watchlist except "My List"
