Enhancements

  • The system automatically breaks down the overall target of each strategic action item (initiative) and populates the final year by default.
  • Organization entity searches now include the organization's hierarchy to prevent confusion in cases where departments share the same name.
  • The completion of strategic action items is now automated, with the system marking them as "Completed" when progress reaches 100% and resetting the status if progress falls below 100%. The "Completed" status is displayed in the strategic framework and cannot be removed.
  • The strategic framework template now automatically loads the default settings on the creation of a strategic framework

  • Various bug fixes, UI, and overall performance improvements have been implemented for a smoother user experience.
