Enhancements

Users marked as inactive will now be automatically logged out from all devices.
A "Deactivated" badge will appear on the Strategic Action Items (Initiatives) user and comment screens for users who have been marked inactive.
When a user is invited, an "Invited" badge will now be displayed in the user list for better visibility.
Administrators can now sequence strategic plan elements (such as Goals and Strategies) to organize them in a specific order.
Moving and copying strategic action items (Initiatives) in previous review periods is no longer allowed to ensure data integrity.
The system now adjusts to the user's local time zone.

Fixes

Various bug fixes and overall performance improvements have been implemented for a smoother user experience.
