1. About Feature
The Other Settings pages allow administrators to manage additional organization-wide controls such as allowed domains, privacy permissions, email sender configuration, and API integrations. These settings ensure consistent governance, security, and communication behavior across the VisionSync platform.
2. Screen Explanation
A. Organization Settings
Under this accordion, you will find:
1. Whitelist Domains
This replaces the earlier “Domain” tab.
Elements:
Allowed Domains Field Add or update domains that are permitted for:
User login
User creation and updates Only users with email addresses from these domains can be added or access the system.
2. Security & Privacy
This replaces the earlier "Privacy" tab.
Controls available:
Create Statement Enable or disable the ability for organization entities to create Statements.
Plan Visibility Controls whether users can create private strategic plan elements (Goals, Strategies, etc.).
Task Lock Permission Allows or restricts the ability to lock tasks inside actionable items.
Comment Lock Permission Allows or restricts the ability to lock comments inside actionable items.
Document Lock Permission Allows or restricts the ability to lock documents inside actionable items.
Enable Web Login Toggles the ability of users to log in through the web interface.
Enable SSO Login Enables or disables Single Sign-On authentication for all users in the organization.
3. Email Settings
The Email tab is no longer a top-level tab and is now placed under Organization Settings, as per your instruction.
Elements included:
Sender Email View and update the default outbound email address.
Email Verification Status Shows a green “Verified” badge if the email is verified.
Save / Remove Email Add a new sender email or remove the existing one.
Sender Name Update the display name that appears in outgoing emails.
Save / Remove Sender Name Save updated sender names or clear them.
All outgoing VisionSync emails use this configured sender email and name.
B. Developer Settings
Contains all API-related controls.
4. API Tokens, Stats & Usage
This replaces the earlier “API” tab and is now grouped under Developer Settings.
Elements included:
API Key Generation Generate a new API key for external integrations.
Copy API Key Copy the currently active key for use in API requests.
Regenerate API Key Creates a new key and deactivates the old one.
API Daily Quota Usage Shows the daily API call limit and real-time usage.
API Calls History Displays total API hits and detailed historical usage logs.
3. How to Perform This Feature / Functionality (Updated Navigation)
I. Whitelist Domains
Log in to your VisionSync account.
Navigate to Settings → Organization Settings → Whitelist Domains.
Enter or update the list of allowed domains.
Save your changes.
II. Security & Privacy
Go to Settings → Organization Settings → Security & Privacy.
Toggle controls such as:
Create Statement
Plan Visibility
Task Lock
Comment Lock
Document Lock
Web Login
SSO Login
Save your updates.
III. Email Settings
Navigate to Settings → Organization Settings → Email Settings.
Configure:
Sender Email
Sender Name
Verification
Save or remove email configurations as needed.
IV. API Tokens, Stats & Usage
Go to Settings → Developer Settings → API Tokens, Stats & Usage.
Perform required actions:
Generate, copy, or regenerate API keys
View API usage limits and history
Apply or record changes accordingly.

Once changes are saved in any of the above settings sections, they immediately apply across your organization’s VisionSync account. This ensures consistent governance, user access control, communication setup, and API security based on your selected configurations.
