Strategic Framework List

7.1.1 About feature

The Strategic Framework List feature in VisionSync is designed to provide users with a comprehensive view of all the strategic frameworks that have been created within their organization. This feature allows users to see all the details of each strategic framework, including its name, levels, and the number of strategic plans that have been associated with it.

7.1.2 Screen explanation

The “Strategic Framework” screen contains the following elements.

a. Strategic Framework List: This section displays the strategic frameworks that have been created within the organization. Each line item in the list shows the strategic framework creation date and total strategic plans associated with the framework.

b. Create Strategic Framework Button: This button allows users to create a new strategic framework.

c. Strategic Framework Navigation: This contains three navigation items - Create Strategic Plan, Edit Strategic Framework, Edit Strategic Framework Settings

7.1.3 How to perform this feature/functionality?

a. Log in to your VisionSync account using your credentials.

b. Click on the "Framework" option from the More dropdown in the Top-Navigation Bar.

c. The Strategic Framework List screen will appear, displaying a list of all the strategic frameworks created within your organization.

d. To view more details about a specific strategic framework, click on the “Edit” or “Settings” option from the menu dropdown on the framework.

7.1.4 Expected Result

Once you access the Strategic Framework List feature, you should be able to view all the strategic frameworks created within your organization, along with their respective details.

7.1.5 Dependency or Restriction

a. The strategic framework button will only be visible to administrators and whosoever has permission to view the strategic framework.
