Strategic Plan List

1. About feature

The Strategic Plan List is a feature of VisionSync that allows users to view and manage all the strategic plans created within their organization. This feature provides a centralized location for the users to access, update, and participate in their organization's strategic plans.

2. Screen explanation

The “Strategic Plan” screen contains the following elements.

a. Strategic Plans List: This section displays all the strategic plans that have been created within the organization. Each line item in the list shows the strategic plan creation date, the total number of items for the first strategic framework level, the total number of items for the last (strategic action item) strategic framework level, and the overall progress of the strategic plans. Each strategic plan has a navigation menu with options - edit strategic plan, build plan, assign strategic plan to organization entities and labels for strategic plan

b. Create Plan Button: This button allows users to create a new strategic plan.

3. How to perform this feature/functionality?

a. Log in to your VisionSync account using your credentials.

b. From the left-side navigation bar, click on the Plan option.

c. The Strategic Plan screen will open, displaying a list of all the strategic plans created within your organization.

d. To view more details about a specific strategic framework, click on the menu dropdown against the strategic plan. Each strategic plan has a navigation menu with options - edit strategic plan, build plan, assign strategic plan to organization entities and labels for strategic plan

e. To add a new plan, click on the “Create New” button and enter details in the form.

4. Expected Result

Once you have accessed the Strategic Plan List in VisionSync, you will be able to view all the strategic plans in your organization.
