Organization Settings

1. About Feature

The Organization Details page allows administrators to manage and configure all primary details of their organization within VisionSync. This includes branding, business information, and essential organizational attributes that define how the organization appears and is identified across the platform.

This page is accessible only to users with the required administrative permissions.

2. Screen Explanation

Under Settings → Organization Settings → Organization Details, administrators can update the following fields:

a. Business Name (Required)

Enter the official name of your organization. This name appears across the platform wherever organizational identity is referenced.

b. Logo Upload (Required)

Upload the organization’s logo.

  • Replaces the default placeholder logo on the platform

  • Helps personalize and brand the strategic planning environment

c. Brand Color Selector (Required)

Choose a primary brand color using the color picker. This color reflects in interface elements, enhancing brand consistency.

d. Website Address (Required)

Provide the organization's official website URL.

e. Industry (Required)

Select the industry category that best represents your organization from the dropdown list.

f. Number of Employees (Required)

Choose the appropriate employee-range bracket from the dropdown.

g. Address (Required)

Enter the full physical address of the organization, including street, city, state, and zip code. The field supports auto-suggest, enabling faster and more accurate entry.

h. Save & Update

Clicking this saves all changes and updates the organization profile across VisionSync.

3. How to Perform This Feature / Functionality

  1. Log in to your VisionSync account.

  2. From the left-side navigation menu, click Settings.

  3. Under Organization Settings, select Organization Details.

  4. Update any of the available fields:

    • Organization name

    • Logo

    • Brand color

    • Website

    • Industry

    • Number of employees

    • Physical address

  5. Once all updates are completed, click Save & Update.

4. Expected Result

Your organization’s updated details will reflect across the platform. Refreshing the page once might be needed. Branding changes (logo, color) will appear in relevant interface elements for all users belonging to the organization.

5. Dependencies & Restrictions

  • Only users with required permissions can view and modify the Organization Settings page.

  • Required fields must be completed before saving.
