Organization Settings

1. About feature

The Organization Settings feature in VisionSync allows administrators to customize and configure their organization's settings, including the organization name, logo, and branding. This feature is useful for administrators who need to manage and maintain their organization's VisionSync account.

2. Screen explanation

The “Settings” screen contains five tabs: Organization, Domain, Privacy, Email and, API.

The “Organization Settings” screen contains the following elements.

a. Business Name (Required): This field requires the name of the organization.

b. Logo Field (Required): This is a file-type field. It requires the logo (must be less than 2 MB and only certain file types are allowed) of the organization. Users should follow the guidelines displayed on the screen.

c. Brand Color Selector (Required): This is a color selector. Users can select and update the primary color of the organization's brand.

d. Website Address (Required): This field requires the website address of the organization.

e. Industry (Required): This is a dropdown field. You can select and update the specific industry for the organization.

f. Number of Employees (Required): This is a dropdown field. You can select and update the number of employees in the organization.

g. Address (Required): This field requires the physical address of the organization. Please make sure to enter the full address with street address, city, state, and zip code. As users start typing the system will auto-suggest you some options.

h. Save and Update: This will update the information and store it for the organization.

3. How to perform this feature/functionality?

a. Log in to your VisionSync account using your credentials.

b. Click on "Settings" from the More dropdown in the Top-Navigation Bar.

c. Update the “Business Name”, and upload your business logo (must be less than 2 MB, and only certain file types are allowed)) and choose the organization's primary brand color.

d. Fill in the additional details like website address, industry, number of employees, and physical address.

e. Click on “Save and Update” to apply changes.

4. Expected Result

After updating the Organization Settings in VisionSync, the changes will be applied to your organization's VisionSync account.
