Users List
1. About feature
The "User List" feature in VisionSync allows you to view and manage all the users who have access to your VisionSync account for your organization. This feature is useful for managing user accounts, assigning organization entities and roles, and monitoring user activity.
2. Screen explanation
To access the User List feature in VisionSync, log in to your account and navigate to the User section from the left-side navigation bar. From there, you can access the User List screen, which displays all users along with their roles, permissions, and activity details. The Users screen contains the following elements:
a. Users List: This list contains all users that have been created for the organization in your account.
b. Add User Button: This button allows the creation of new users for organization accounts.
c. Edit Button: This button allows editing an existing user's personal information, organizational entities, and roles.
d. Search Bar: To find a specific user, enter the name or email address of the user you wish to find in the search bar.
3. How to perform this feature/functionality?
a. Log in to your VisionSync account using your credentials.
b. Click on the User button from the left-side navigation bar.
c. You will be navigated to the All Users page.
d. View the list of users in your account, including their names, emails, assigned organization entity, and activity details.
e. To manage a user, click on the Edit button next to their name. From there, you can modify their organization entity, role, or personal information as needed.
f. To add a new user, click on the Add User button located at the top of the screen. You will be prompted to enter the new user's information and assign an organization entity and role.
g. To find a specific user, enter the name or email address of the user you wish to find in the search bar.
4. Expected Result
After following the above steps, users should be able to view and manage the users in your organization's VisionSync account. The user list screen should display all the users who have access to your account, along with their roles, organization entities, and activity logs.
