Board View

1. About Feature

The Board View provides a visual, card-based layout of the strategic plan, allowing users to manage goals, strategies, and initiatives in a flexible interface. Each strategic framework level is represented as a column, with action items displayed as individual cards. This view helps users track progress, update statuses, and organize elements efficiently in a structured, interactive format.

2. Screen Explanation

The Board View screen contains the following elements:

By selecting the different review periods in the strategic plan users can view the current version of the plan along with the historical version. c. Strategic Framework Levels as Columns: Each column represents a level in the strategic framework (e.g., Goals, Strategies, Initiatives). d. Items as Cards: Strategic Framework Level Items and Strategic Action Items appear as cards within their respective strategic framework level. e. Search: Allows users to quickly find strategic elements using keywords. f. Preview: Provides a summary of the strategic plan, including all framework levels and organization entity statements.
