Table View

1. About Feature

The Table View provides a structured, spreadsheet-like format for managing the strategic plan. It presents goals, strategies, and initiatives in a tabular format, allowing users to view, sort, and edit elements efficiently. This view is ideal for those who prefer a detailed, data-driven approach to reviewing and managing strategic framework elements.

2. Screen Explanation

The Table View screen contains the following elements:

a. Select Organization Entity (Required): This allows users to select the organization entity they belong to, which is assigned to a strategic plan by the administrator. Selecting the organization entity will allow users to load and view the strategic plan specific to their organization entity. By default, it selects the parent organization when you are viewing the strategic plan.

b. Select Review Period (Required): This allows users to select the review period that is generated based on the timeframe of the strategic plan and its review period frequency. By selecting the different review periods in the strategic plan users can view the current version of the plan along with the historical version. c. Strategic Framework Levels as Tabs: The tabs above the column headings represent levels in the strategic framework (e.g., Goals, Strategies, Initiatives). d. Auto-Size Columns: Columns automatically adjust to fit the content, ensuring better visibility. Users can also manually resize columns for customization.

e. Show/Hide Columns: A dropdown toggle allows users to choose which fields to display, helping declutter the view by enabling or disabling columns like Owner, Status, Dates, and Custom Fields.

f. Row Height Adjustment: Users can switch between Compact, Standard, and Comfortable row heights for an optimized viewing experience.

g. Sorting & Filtering: Users can sort columns in ascending or descending order and apply filters to refine results based on specific criteria such as progress, owners, or timeframes.

h. Persistent View Settings: Any customization in column visibility, sorting, row height, or filters is saved, ensuring consistency across sessions.

i. Export Options: Users can export the strategic plan as a CSV or Excel file for external reporting and analysis.
