The “Labels” window contains the following elements.

There is a required checkbox on labels that makes it mandatory for the users creating a strategic action item (initiative) to select a sub-label from that group.
b. Label Name (Required): This field requires the name of the label.
c. Add Label Button: This button allows users to add new labels to the strategic plan.
d. Required Checkbox: This checkbox is used to specify whether the label is required or optional while creating a strategic action item (Initiative).
e. Sub-labels Field: This field is used to define the sub-labels in the label.
