View Labels

1. About feature

Labels are used to categorize and group the strategic action items (initiative) in a strategic plan. The labels help to identify related items in the plan, making it easier to track progress, analyze performance and do impact reporting.

2. Screen explanation

The “Labels” window contains the following elements.

a. Label List: This section displays the labels and sub labels that have been created in the strategic plan. Each label has one or more sub labels and the option to edit or remove the label. There is a required checkbox on labels that makes it mandatory for the users creating an strategic action item (initiative) to select a sub label from that group.

b. Add Label: This button allows users to add new labels in the strategic plan. Once a label is added, the user should be able to pass the sub labels under the label and it will show up as they type.

c. Back Button: This button allows the user to go back to the previous page.

d. Save & Submit Button: This button allows users to save the labels and sub labels in the strategic plan.

3. How to perform this feature/functionality?

a. Log in to your VisionSync account using your credentials.

b. From the Top-Navigation Bar, select "Strategic Plan".

c. The Strategic Plan screen will open, displaying a list of all the strategic plans created within your organization.

d. To view labels against a strategic plan, click on “Labels” from the menu dropdown against the plan.

e. A list of labels that has been created in the strategic plan will be displayed in the Label window.

4. Expected Result

After following the above steps, you should be able to view all the labels and sub labels created for the selected strategic plan. You can also add, edit, or remove labels as needed.

5. Dependency or Restriction

a. The labels option will only be visible to administrators and whosoever has the permission to add/edit the labels for strategic plan.
